Okay, it might not exactly look like it right now, but it’s almost Christmas time. Soon the kids will be out of school and you will find yourself already worrying over your Christmas meal. We hope that for your sanity you’ve already bought all the gifts that you need… but hey, since when is Christmas preparation supposed to be anything else than crazy?

In the meantime it’s completely natural for you to want to unwind yourself. This is why we have prepared a short list of top 3 things to do in Calgary this holiday season. So why don’t you take a break and go have some fun?

1. Visit the Minhas Micro Brewery. We all know that a good glass of beer is one of the best ways to unwind yourself, but how about a glass of delicious and locally-prepared craft beer? Sounds good? Well it’s because it is! If you’ve always wondered how craft beer is made, then come join us on one of our famous Calgary micro-brewery tours!
2. Enjoy the Spruce Meadows International Christmas Market. Ah, Christmas markets. Can you think of anything more exciting than that? From hand-crafted gifts to delicious locally baked goodies, you will find a joyful and lively Christmas spirit at the annual Spruce Meadows International Christmas Market.
3. Experience Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker. Do we really need to say more? The Great Russian Nutcracker is a beloved Christmas classic, and definitely one of our favourite ways to get into the Christmas spirit this season. Bring the kids along, of course!
